TradoPi is a technology platform designed to combine artificial intelligence, blockchain, Web3 infrastructure, digital assets, automated marketplace operations and analytics. TradoPi does not guarantee financial returns, investment performance, asset appreciation, marketplace liquidity or resale value unless expressly stated in a legally binding agreement and permitted by applicable law.

AI-generated analytics, market information, indicators and automated processes are provided as technology and decision-support tools and may contain errors or omissions.

Digital assets, NFTs, blockchain transactions and related technologies involve substantial technological, operational, market, regulatory and security risks.

Users should independently assess their circumstances and obtain professional legal, tax, financial or other advice where appropriate.

Nothing on the TradoPi platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or guarantee of investment performance unless expressly authorised and legally permitted.

Where TradoPi provides services that may fall within a regulated activity, the Company shall operate such services only to the extent permitted under applicable law and, where required, through appropriately authorised or registered entities.

Insurance Claims :

If any TradoPi product includes insurance coverage, the exact insurance provider, policy number, insured events, exclusions, claim procedure, limits and validity period should be disclosed. The current TradoPi website advertises "up to ₹2 lakh insurance coverage for 12 months" with its premium offering. This should not be described in the final legal policy as TradoPi's own insurance promise unless the underlying insurance arrangement has been legally documented. The published policy should instead state: "Where an insurance benefit is offered, coverage is subject exclusively to the applicable insurance policy issued by the authorised insurer, including its terms, exclusions, limits, eligibility conditions and claim procedures."

Referral Programme :

If TradoPi operates referral or network programmes, the programme shall : • disclose eligibility; • disclose rewards; • disclose conditions; • prohibit misleading recruitment; • prohibit income guarantees; • prohibit false claims; • prohibit spam; • prohibit self-referrals where prohibited; • permit suspension for abuse.
